An e-record can include:

- Device, browser, and system details
- Full consent language and checkbox states
To start tracking, you simply place Evidora’s code on your form or site.

Retention: When You Want Long-Term Legal Preservation
Retention is optional.
It is only required if you want to preserve specific e-records inside your Evidora account for long-term access.
When you retain an e-record, it is stored for up to 5 years and remains:
- Fully accessible
- Searchable
- Downloadable
- Shareable with buyers or third parties
- Available for audits, disputes, or litigation
You control which e-records are retained and which are allowed to expire.
Retention Pricing
Retention has two components:
- Evidence License
- Credits
Evidence License — $99/month
The Evidence License activates only when you retain your first e-record.
It covers:
- Long-term preservation
- Legal-grade storage
- Continued access to retained records
- Ongoing platform access for retained evidence
If you are not retaining e-records, you do not pay the license fee.
Credits — $0.05 per Retained e-Record
Retention uses a prepaid credit model.
Each retained e-record consumes:
1 credit = $0.05
